National Working Group In the national working groups the national stakeholders representing the social partners (employers and employees), non-governmental organisations and the Ministry for the Family and Social Solidarity and the Ministry of Education and Employment meet in order to discuss the strategy, target groups, time schedules and activities for Malta. This group draws up a national action plan which outlines the activities planned.  Malta has a total of 18organisations participating

National Campaign Objectives and Strategy

The main objectives are to reach out to the public by means of the media and fuel the debate about discrimination, to inform the public about the new directives implemented throughout the EU since the start of the year 2000 in the field of employment and to address youths who are eligible to join the labour force.

 

Main Target Groups

The main target groups are the General Public as members of the labour force, employers, youths and students who can participate in public debate and Government entities and NGOs dealing with the issues of discrimination.
